Getting the Most From Your Paid Facebook Ads

In order to properly engage your client base in a paid campaign, you need to have good structure.

Very often, veterinary practices are told they should get involved in a pay-to-play program with Facebook Ads. But Bill Schroeder, senior vice president of InTouch Practice Communications, says usually these practices don't plan, don't experience great success and abandon their efforts entirely. In order to properly engage your client base in a paid campaign, you need to have good structure, he says.

What does this mean? He says look at the conversations happening online, create a topic, select engaging images or videos to draw attention to your social media post, and create a call-to-action that is enticing and very low pressure for the ad. He also recommends creating a custom landing page for the Facebook ad so you can track your efforts and see what's working and what's not working.
