Provide Your Employees With Monthly Feedback

Video

Everyone needs feedback, but some people require it more often than others.

Everyone needs feedback, but some people require it more often than others. Heather Romano, SHRM-CP, managing director of human resources and training for iVET360, recommends when coming up with a feedback schedule in your veterinary practice to air on the side of millennials.

Millennials want feedback at least once a month, Romano says, where you provide them with positive and constructive feedback, and set goals for them moving forward. Remember: Gen Xers want feedback just as much as millennials do, and while Baby Boomers are more hesitant to receive feedback, they will grow accustomed to it.
