How to Gain New Clients Through Facebook

Veterinary practices should pay attention to this online space and focus on making conversations online.
Published: May 31, 2018

The target market for veterinary practices is still deeply invested in Facebook, says Bill Schroeder, senior vice president of InTouch Practice Communications. He recommends practices to pay attention to this space and focus on making conversations online.

Schroeder lays out a few suggestions for gaining new clients through Facebook:
  1. Combine organic efforts with paid content so Facebook posts are more than likely to be seen in someone's newsfeed.
  2. Keep your conversations focused on the reasons clients would come to your page.
  3. Always use original content.
  4. Ask your clients for their opinions and reviews, and ask if you can highlight their stories on your page.
